"Have a Ball at the Beach" .
Enjoy beachcombing for hidden treasure between February and April in between Moclips and Ocean Shores. There
has been many glass balls and other floats found during this time on the beach at high tide.
The Kite Festival, hosted by High Fliers (who makes the best mochas in town), is a sight to behold. The
sky is full of color while hundreds of people participate in this event.

Kelpers Festival is an old tradition at the beach. We have a kiddie parade on Saturday and the Grand Parade
on Sunday from Moclips to Pacific Beach. There is a street dance on Saturday night with street vendors and games.
A highlight of the festivities is the "Shake Rat Olympics". Watch the loggers show their talents with chainsaws and
axes. Try you luck in the stump throwing contest.
Join in the fun and build your own Sand Castle on the beach by Joe Creek. Marvel at the creations of the
Masters. Fun to be had by all!!
There is a Sand Castle competion for adults and childern.
